We mainly cater IT, Telecom, Au-tomotive and Healthcare are a few industries we serve among others. Our team of highly trained and experienced recruiters understand the usage of all the major Appli-cation Tracking Systems and work on all kinds of requirements of the firms, from Direct Hiring to Long-term or Short-term contracts. What are your views regard-ing the pros and the cons that the pandemic has im-posed on the staffing indus-try? What are the major chal-lenges faced by Talentmatics during this situation?The pandemic has turned every-thing upside down. But the good thing that the pandemic has brought with it is the value for the nation-wide recruitment. This behavioral change in the staffing industry is gearing up the rate of employment and thereby bring-ing hopes for the countries for a greater economic development. Another great thing that the pan-demic has brought into our plates is the advantage of working re-motely. Companies realized the fact that work can be done remote-ly without facing any loss of pro-ductivity. Today, any person can be hired anytime sitting anywhere on the Earth with just a click of a button. For staffing companies like us, it becomes easier when we do not have to face any location constraint to find talent. This has significantly increased the speed of recruitment, thereby saving a lot of time for our employees. But
