Venu Srinivasan declared in March 2024 that his son Sudarshan Venu, daughter Lakshmi, and spouse Mallika Srinivasan had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to refrain from competing with one another.As part of this, Sudarshan will remain in charge of TVS Holdings and its affiliates, TVS Emerald, TVS Motor, TVS Credit Services, and Home Credit India. Lakshmi will run Sundaram Clayton Ltd. and take Mallika Srinivasan's place in TAFE.Ralf Speth, the current chairman of TVS Motor, has notified the board that he would not be running for reemployment as a director of the business at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM). Therefore, after the conclusion of the AGM on August 22, 2025, he will resign as Chairman of the firm.To ensure that the company continues to benefit from Ralf Speth's vast knowledge, experience, and competence, the board will additionally designate him as Chief Mentor for a three-year term, beginning August 23, 2025.
