The total fundraising target stands at Rs.2,035 crore, includ-ing Rs.482 crore raised through a pre-IPO placement, leaving an issue size of about Rs.1,553 crore. Backed by Temasek's subsidi-ary Jongsong Investments, the company was valued at nearly Rs. 9,300 crore. The IPO will comprise a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale by promoters. Proceeds will be used for debt repayment and expanding production capacity.Based in Erode, the company focuses on value-added dairy products such as paneer, cheese, curd, yogurt, and other premi-um offerings, strengthening its position in India's fast-growing dairy market segment with steady long term growth mo-mentum ahead. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has suspended Rehaan Health-care's licence after serious violations were found at its nutraceuticals manufactur-ing unit. The company, known for digestive and multivitamin syrups, has been directed to halt production until all deficiencies are rectified and approved by authorities. Inspections revealed poor hygiene, including sludge accumulation, disorganized storage, and high contamina-tion risk. The facility scored just 12 percent in compliance, indicating severe regulatory failure. Officials also found mould, insects, spider webs, and open food waste in the premises. FSSAI warned of strict legal action if the com-pany fails to comply. The action is part of wider enforcement efforts to strengthen food safety stan-dards and protect consumers across India's food and bever-age sector. Flipkart is set to enter India's online food deliv-ery sector in the coming weeks, aiming to challenge incumbents Swiggy and Zomato in a highly competitive market. CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy said the rollout will begin on a small scale and expand based on customer response. The service will be available via a standalone app and within the main Flipkart app.Reports suggest the com-pany may leverage ONDC to enable broader access and interoperability.Flipkart's move follows months of speculation about its entry strategy.
