As per the report, fashion category has the highest percentage of female CEOs joining their ranks followed by beauty and cosmetics (57.1%) and then sportswear (50.0%), the report showed. While the most common turnovers continued to be men replacing other men, women replaced men or other women in 40.2% of cases, while men only replaced women in 4.9% of cases. Today, a woman's role in society has far transcended that of a homemaker; she is now a primary decision maker, able and skilled worker.Today, textiles and apparels is one such industry which is attracting the most number of people.
