Gender bias is far more deeply rooted than we may realize. And this is why we all need to act faster and smarter before it kills the talented lot and deprives the world of their better. While there are several statistics and reports on how and why women led companies get less funding compared to male led organizations, no one till date have found a solid formula to eradicate this veto. While talking to several women entrepreneurs during our making of CEO Insights `10 Best Women Leaders in Technology - 2018', we have spoken to a number of females leading their company from the front while delivering exceptional products/services that has unique interwoven traits. While many of these ladies said that they have put the `gender bias' behind them, few still face turbulent times while dealing with customers and especially the VCs. Unlike men, who are excused with their house-hold responsibilities pertaining to their entrepreneur struggle, women always have to balance their two worlds. But it was exhilarating to see them doing more than just this. Many women leaders said their priority is not just work and family but themselves too. Hence they steal a small amount of time from their daily routine for their health and socializing, which gives them the much needed boost. Saluting such women in our current issue of CEO Insights, we feel proud to unveil their story, their struggle, failures, learning, and much more for other women to learn from and put excuses behind them to create new stories.Do let us know what you think!Anamika SahuManaging Editoreditor@ceoinsightsindia.comEditorialEvery `SHE' is a Story of Inspiration
