Shed light on the journey of Bricklane.
The journey started as a cost consultant for construction, and it took a lot of effort for us to convert the prospects into clients. As a new entrant, building the trust and gaining those initial opportunities to make clients use the services was a challenge. Our consistent efforts and world-class service did turn around the heads of some of the most respected and reputed companies in the construction sector. Satisfied clients have always motivated us to keep improving.
We started taking up execution projects in 2018 and got associated with many reputed MNC’s. Completed more than 100 million Sq. Ft of estimation works and came a long way starting from scratch. We are best known to provide a first-class, independent construction consultancy to clients all across India.
What prompted the establishment of Bricklane?
Both of us completed civil engineering and gained immense experience in construction project management, consultancy, and quantity surveying with a solid understanding of the construction industry. We noticed that the builders always in a race to earn profits and don’t utilize the technical expertise. This is where we wanted to make a change and conceptualized Bricklane. Started as a consulting firm, moved to contract, and envision launching the development vertical by the end of 2021.
What were the initial challenges that you had to overcome?
The construction sector as a whole has had major blows like after-effects of demonetization, GST implementation, RERA implementation, and now covid-19 pandemic and its lockdown. These certainly disrupt our service delivery mechanism but we restructured, adapted ourselves to the changing laws and scenarios, and catered to the changing client requirements every time. During these challenging times as a company, we realized becoming a multifaceted company was the only key to surviving such disruptions. Today, Bricklane provides its client's consultancy services for Indian as well as overseas clients, contract execution job of onsite activities, and project management services.
What opportunity do you foresee in the current construction sector and how are you navigating your company to achieve success in this domain?

Google Ads, and other digital mediums. With that said, we are working on our online platform and launched QS Masterclass - a quantity survey course compiled for civil engineering students and working professionals by the experts at Bricklane India. Civil engineers get to learn more about the technical aspects of construction through the program.
We are planning to come up with few courses for the masses to help them understand property buying and selling process, what should one look for while buying a new property, Vaastu guidelines and much more. Moreover, right now we are creating a separate portal on our website allowing clients to upload their projects drawings and we would deliver them with the exact Budget, Bill of Quantities and a tentative timeline for project completion.

The Indian real estate market has been dominated by the majority of generation-old builders who are still practicing old technologies and techniques. We intend to grow ourselves into new generation developers and project managers to provide the Indian property buyers with the best quality product and the hassle-free experience that they deserve. Bricklane will launch its much-awaited development project by the end of 2021 to provide a world-class lifestyle and experience to its customers.
