Highlight on Humanlinks'journey so far along with the major challenges that you faced and overcame over the years at the firm.
Humanlinks from the very beginning has given priority to the quality of simulations and flexibility of
learning than anything else. Keeping that in mind, we have been using the expertise of CXOs and academicians in building our simulations. Talent acquisition remains the biggest obstacle for us. We hire people who can work with the CXOs and academicians and understand their approach. Getting such people at the junior and midlevel has been a challenge. So, we have focused on dividing the game flow into small manage able pieces to tackle this situation.

How does your experience in corporate management help you to chalk-out efficient business strategies for the growth of Human links?
I had worked in various CXO roles as well as in academics in India and abroad, prior to Humanlinks. This has helped me in under standing our client base better as well as the business pain points. Our strategy is based around giving the best products and services to our end customers who are the budding and early stage professionals, and through that, create a well versed talent pool of capable professionals.

Highlight on Humanlinks'solutions that give you an edge over your competitors in the industry. Also, elaborate on the methodology involved in the service execution.
Since our game engine is extremely flexible and modular in nature, we have the advantage of creating even a very complex simulation in 3-4 work weeks. Our engine has the ability to add, delete and edit scenarios as well the quantitative model which gives us a big advantage over our competitors. To provide opportunities of experiential learning to all concerned, in many areas of interest, it is essential that one has a technology based scalable solution. Our game engine Prayog provides this scalability.

In your professional journey so far, which are the milestones that bestowed you with utmost satisfaction both as an individual and as CEO.
During my corporate days, I rebadged over 4000 employees in eight countries in Africa. The task was challenging and the terrain was scary, but we could achieve the targets within the stipulated time frame. That was something which I will always stay proud of. During my entrepreneurial journey, one of the achievements that gave me a lot of satisfaction was when we were selected as the Most Innovative Simulation Company in South Asia by the South Asia Business Partnership Association in Colombo. Another thing that has kept us motivated throughout the Humanlinks journey is the reviews and feedback that we keep getting from our end customers. They talk of the amazing experience that they had with our simulations and brain games.

Tell us about the Humanlinks proficient team. How well does the team collaborate to meet ends and boost the company's productivity?
Since in the simulation creation process, there are various roles that get actively involved, so it is highly essential that we work as a team. Using technology, we ensure that all deliverables are tracked at various points of the process. It helps in making the team work smooth and also in objectively defining every one’s start and end points in the process. From a culture standpoint, we value collaboration immensely. We encourage openness and a culture of sharing.

What achievements has Humanlinks attained since inception? Also, as a CEO, what methodologies have you incorporated to take the business to the next level?
We now have several partners in the consulting, education and training space who carry our products. We have over 30 active clients who use our simulations today. We have completed over a lakh simulation runs with our end customers. We have used our simulations for conducting 15 national level competitions across B-Schools and Industry verticals and we are shortly launching our B2C site which will allow budding professionals and early stage professional employees all the support they need to grow in their careers through experiential learning. We will be making it possible for our target segments to use simulations and skill based games that will improve their ability to apply concepts as well. Also, to enhance their understanding of concepts, we are adding several eLearning modules. We are making very senior industry mentors available to guide them as part of their 360-degree developmental solutions.
