The company plans to raise Rs 1,600 crore through a fresh issue, while promoter Avaada Ventures will offer shares worth up to Rs 6,000 crore through an offer for sale. It may also raise up to Rs 320 crore through a pre-IPO placement, which would reduce the fresh issue size. Avaada Electro currently has 8.50 GW of solar module manufacturing capacity and 3.00 GW of TOPCon solar cell capacity. It plans to expand capacities by fiscal 2028.
