| | JUNE 20268Travelers arriving at Noi-da International Airport are now being served by around 70 Mahindra XUV 400 electric vehicles operated through Mahindra Logistics' Alyte mobili-ty platform. The company began opera-tions as the airport's official taxi partner following the start of commercial services this month and plans to significantly expand its presence in the Delhi-NCR region. Mahindra Logistics aims to grow Alyte's fleet fivefold by FY27, increasing the number of vehicles from about 70 to nearly 350 and adding roughly 280 EVs over the next year. The expansion marks the com-pany's largest consumer mobility initiative to date. Alyte Privé offers airport transfers with trained drivers, fixed fares, no cancellations, and an all-electric fleet, targeting both business and leisure travelers across the region today. French beauty giant L'Oréal has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Innovist, an Indian direct-to-consumer personal care company. The move marks a signifi-cant step in L'Oréal's strategy to expand its presence in India's fast-growing beauty market while strengthening its portfolio with locally developed brands. Founded in 2019 by Rohit Chawla, Sifat Khurana, and Vimal Bhola, Innovist is known for its science-backed and digi-tal-first personal care brands. Under the agreement, the founders will remain minori-ty shareholders and continue leading the business alongside L'Oréal India. Innovist will become part of L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division. The transaction is expected to close in the coming months, subject to regulatory approvals, with L'Oréal retaining an option to acquire the remain-ing stake later.
