Kumar, along with his co-founder Batti, formed Whatfix in 2014 and has been actively contrib-uting to the development of the product and research strategies of the company. Kumar has been playing an important role as CEO at Whatfix and will lead the company during its next phase of growth while continuing to uphold the values of the company as well as its customer-centricity.
