Previously, he worked as COO for Zomato's food delivery division and was a member of the executive team at Blinkit Commerce. He has additionally occupied senior positions at MakeMyTrip and Accenture, where he played a crucial role in promoting growth and operational efficiency.In welcoming him to the executive team, Amitava Saha, MD & CEO of XpressBees, stated that Sardana's proficiency in expanding consumer businesses and spearheading digital-first transformation will be essential for reinforcing the company's B2C operations.Established in 2015, XpressBees offers comprehensive logistics services covering e-Commerce, B2B, 3PL, and international logistics.
