Following her arrival at GN, Kadam has enhanced the company's distribution partnerships, optimized sales processes, and helped achieve performance that exceeded mid-year objectives with a 14 percent increase compared to the previous year.During recent months, Prameet Shetty functioned as Acting Country Managing Director while maintaining his responsibilities as Cluster Finance Director overseeing Australia, New Zealand, India, and South Korea. His assistance proved crucial in facilitating Kadam's successful appointment to the role.The Asia Pacific leadership structure at GN Hearing is undergoing changes, with Andreas Anderhov's recent advancement to Regional President for the area.
