Hyderabad looks ready to take the IT innovation baton from Bangalore. With the launch of T-Hub 2.0, the city is set to become another startup wetland. T-Hub, one of India’s leading innovation ecosystem enablers, has nurtured around 2,000 startups in the city since its inception in 2015. Housed in a 70,000 square feet space called Catalyst within the IIT-Hyderabad campus, the facility rents out office and meeting space and offers services such as connections with mentors and investors to startup companies. T-Hub is a public-private
partnership between the state government and three premier academic institutes the International Institute of Information Technology-Hyderabad (IIIT-H), the Indian School of Business (ISB), and the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao inaugurated the five times bigger new facility. The new 3,70,000 sqft facility is bang in the middle of the technology hub in Raidurg. “Congratulations to the Government of Telangana and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on its new T-hub facility in Hyderabad, which will be a great boost to the Indian startup ecosystem”, tweeted Ratan Tata.

However, we hope this issue, which tells the story of a bunch of stellar entrepreneurs from Hyderabad, will provide aspirant entrepreneurs with that vital trigger of inspiration.
