Could you describe your professional journey and experiences? What drives you in your daily activities?
I completed my Bachelor of Engineering, and upon graduation, I joined a company where I gained valuable experience over three and a half years. This foundational period in my career provided me with critical insights and skills which I later used to establish my own business. In 2017, I founded A G Tech Industries with the vision to innovate in the industrial sector. We started modestly with just 10 employees, but through dedication and strategic planning, we have expanded significantly.
Today, we boast a workforce of 102 dedicated professionals and achieve an annual turnover of approximately 10 crores across the Indian market. The initial motivation for this venture stemmed from recognizing significant market oppor-tunities during my early client interac-tions and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge techno- logies, particularly in machine learning, to enhance our offerings
and efficiency. These driving factors have continued to inspire our growth and success in the industry.

The industrial sector has experienced significant evolution, particularly in the realms of distribution and automation. For our company, A G Tech Industries, this transformation extends beyond merely manufacturing industrial valves; we are actively involved in digitizing processes within various industries. Our focus lies not only on producing highquality valves but also on spearheading digitalization initiatives aimed at streamlining industrial processes. This includes our core mission of supplying industrial valves, which serves as the foundation for our broader efforts in process digitalization.
Our manufacturing operations focus on producing industrial valves that meet rigorous national and international standards, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability. These valves serve a variety of sectors, including steel, fertilizer, powder, paper, FMCG, cement plants, pharmaceutical industries, and chemical industries, where precise control and efficient operation are paramount.
