Shreevardhan Chandrashekar, Founder & CEOLeadership, according to one of the world’s leading experts on authorities, Warren Bennis, is the ability to turn a vision into reality. Every organization's CEO fulfills this function. Being a leader and mentor and accepting enormous challenges are prerequisites. They are visionaries, setting goals and helping to make them a reality. One such CEO is Shreevardhan Chandrashekar, Founder & CEO of Errorkart. He started Errorkart in 2016 with the vision to repair desktop PC, laptops, tablets, and printers using genuine spare parts. ErrorKart is one of the leading multi-brand laptop service and IT procurement solution providers. They have skilled technicians with chip-level, motherboard expertise, and laptop trouble shooting on all the major brands. And they are just a call away. Call them and they will be at your doorstep.

Engaging in an exclusive interaction with CEO Insights magazine, Shreevardhan Chandrashekar spoke about Errorkart’s journey so far and the position of the firm in the IT solution industry.

Please tell us a brief account of your professional background experiences. And what according to you is your success mantra?
I am an engineer and was passionate about computers since 2003. In fact, I was enthusiastic about this sector before 2003, during the Windows 95 and 98 eras. I've always been curious about how systems operate, so I started working in the IT industry to satisfy my curiosity. But after a while, I got sidetracked into other industries, like BPO, and considered staying in that field, but I didn't feel fulfilled on
the inside, so I went back to my area of passion. And with a small team, I founded my own business, Errorkart, in 2016.

In response to your second question, I have a different definition of success. People judge their level of success by seeing their numbers up in the market or how many employees they have. But for me, attitude counts. The right attitude should never be abandoned, as it generates positive thoughts and energy.

The most exclusive service we provide is that we approach projects from the perspective of the client

How would you define Errorkart as an organization and how its position in the market?
One of the leading IT providers Errorkart provides businesses all over the world with a variety of IT services, IT solutions, and IT security products. Errorkart has more than 20 years of experience in the sector and has been assisting companies to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Enterprise resource planning (ERP), ITIL (information technology infrastructure library), cyber security, cloud computing, and software development are a few of our well-liked services and products. We also provide a broad range of IT security products, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and more.

Along with this, we are concerned for your safety because we understand that in today's world, where time is of the essence and the pandemic situation is real, we must meet your needs at your doorstep. We are the pioneers of the concept of doorstep laptop and computer resolution and delivery services.

What is the value addition that clients can expect from your offerings?
The most exclusive service we provide is that we approach projects
from the perspective of the client. After hearing what our clients want, we offer solutions. As an illustration, a certain company had a project where a cable was needed. My team performed minor civil work and reduced the cost by nearly 20 percent. The client was extremely pleased with our work. Additionally, we never categorize work as small or large because we believe it is our responsibility to meet all of the client's needs without being intrusive. We don't discriminate we simply complete the work, whether it is worth ten lakhs or five thousand.

Could you tell me about your leadership approach? What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow to lead your team?
I always tell my team to use common sense first. Yes, you heard correctly. What is the one thing that is lagging every where, especially when the client is asking a different question and they are attempting a different solution? I try to encourage them to think about problems from the perspective of the client and to use common sense to solve many issues and I also try to tell them to keep upgrading themselves to an extent.

What is the future destination you are heading towards for the next five years?
We are showcasing 14 Indian cities, but since the market is now global, we have already begun planning to expand to Singapore, Dubai, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other areas. The next strategy is to broaden internationally. Additionally, we currently only have 151–180 employees. In the next five years, we want to increase that number to at least 2000 so that we can continue serving clients around the globe.
