Brief us about your professional journey and what prompted you to establish GSS Projects Consultants?
I spent ten years as a banker in a nationalized bank and have more than 25 years of private sector expertise. While I was preparing for civil service exams, I was also writing a competitive exam for bank insurance and I was selected to Oriental Bank of Commerce where I had 10 years of banking experience. I discovered that the entire market that I was targeting was disorganized and under served. As a result, in 1994, I started a banking consulting firm to fill this void in the market.
We obtained a decent amount of experience serving a majority of clients in the construction and real estate sectors which enabled us to delve into the real estate market as an ethical advisory firm. Significantly our research team discovered a growing demand for properties in Mysore in 2004-2005 this meant that the afore mentioned city had a lot of untapped real estate potential. As a result, we established a branch in Mysore to expand our business.

You have been delivering your expertise for 27 years in GSS Projects Consultants, what is the success mantra behind this perseverance?
Being a first-generation Entrepreneur, my family always stood by me. My father and grandfather had instilled in me the habit to pick on every challenge in life. Probably this is most likely why I am capable of picking up any challenge, whether professional or personal. Besides which, networking, not losing my emotion in situations, thinking in advance, updating strategies, staying aligned with the latest technology and changing market dynamics, smart work and hard work combined together as well as sticking to the same business possibly for all these years have been the success mantras that have helped me overcome all the challenges along the way.

How would you define GSS Projects Consultants as an organization? What are the market trends it has adopted recently and challenges that it solves for investors today?
GSS Projects specializes in developing and marketing sites and plots in Mysore.
