With an MBA degree and 17 years of experience, my professional background encompasses diverse roles in industries such as fashion retail, luxury health and wellness, and startups. Throughout my career, I have held leadership positions in marketing, sales, operations, business development, and strategic planning, gaining valuable insights into various aspects of business operations, market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends. As a first-generation entrepreneur, I embarked on my own startup venture called Luxero Jeans, a luxury bespoke denimwear brand.

My motivation stems from a profound passion for denim and fashion, driving me to constantly explore new design concepts, fabric options, and manufacturing techniques. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our customers, aspiring to create India's first Bridge to Luxury denimwear brand.As an entrepreneur, I am fueled by the desire to create some thing meaningful, build a successful
business, and leave a lasting impact in the industry. The freedom and autonomy that comes with running my own startup bring me fulfillment. Moreover, customer satisfaction and impact play a significant role in my motivation. The joy of seeing customers delighted with their unique designs and personalized offerings, as well as the ability to positively influence their lives through our products, serve as powerful driving forces for me.

Luxero Jeans is a Bespoke Denimwear startup that offers personalized, tailor-made denim garments for men and women. Their product range includes jeans, shirts, blazers, suits, and various other denim clothing options. Customers can expect a wide range of customization options, including fabric, wash, color, fit, style, and embellishments, allowing them to design garments according to their preferences. Luxero Jeans emphasizes exceptional craftsmanship and uses high quality materials to ensure premium finished products. They also provide expert guidance and support throughout the customer journey, ensuring a satisfying and personalized experience.

How do you stay informed about industry trends to guide your organization toward the future?
To ensure that our organization stays ahead of the curve and aligns with the future direction of the industry, we employ various strategies to stay up-to-date with ongoing trends. The fashion industry operates in cycles, with trends often repeating themselves within a few seasons. However, in the realm of Denimwear, the focus lies on the fits and washes of the garments. In recent years, there has been a noticeable shift toward the popularity of stretch denim, while traditional nonstretch denim has diminished in favor. This shift has resulted in a specific group of customers exploring luxury denim fabrics from countries such as Italy and Japan. To stay current with global trends, we actively follow newsletters, magazines, and social
media accounts within the fashion industry, enabling us to remain informed and adapt our offerings accordingly.

Explain your leadership approach and the principles or methods you follow as a leader.
As a leader, my approach revolves around a participative style that encourages creative solutions and suggestions from all departments within our lean and self-funded startup. I take great pride in my founding team, which comprises Siddharth Raj Singh (Director and Financial Henchman), Mandeep Singh(Experienced Sales Navigator), and Deepak Parchha (Versatile Expert in Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Administration). In terms of leadership methodology, I strongly believe that sales results from the efficient execution of various activities, including marketing, customer service, product knowledge, well-defined production standard operating procedures (SOPs), and innovative advertising. I emphasize the importance of continuous process improvement, constantly striving to enhance our operations and stay ahead. Recognizing that the work culture and environment significantly impact the performance of our team, I prioritize creating a conducive atmosphere that allows everyone to thrive. By fostering a positive and supportive work environment, we aim to maximize the potential of our team members and achieve our collective vision.

What is the ultimate goal or destination you are striving to achieve in the future?
At Luxero, we are driven by the understanding that the actions we take in the present shape our future. We recognize the transient nature of the present and prioritize maximizing its potential. Our future destination is centered around creating and seizing multiple opportunities for scalability and long-term growth. We approach our work with clear objectives, recognizing that success is a continuous journey marked by various milestones. While each milestone brings a sense of achievement, we find true excitement in the ongoing journey itself.
