U.S. Commits $3.8 Billion to Boost India's Green Energy and Infrastructure


At a gathering focused on 'Indo-US Space Cooperation' in Mumbai, US Ambassador Eric Garcetti revealed a substantial commitment of $3.8 billion from the United States International Development Finance Corporation. This investment aims to bolster India's renewable energy and infrastructure ambitions. Garcetti highlighted the expansive nature of the support, spanning sectors like agriculture, healthcare, and financial services.

With excitement about the deepening partnership between the two countries, Garcetti underscored the progress of the United States-India Alliance for Women's Economic Empowerment.
