To attain Success, Pride, and Growth, one should always keep learning and evolving with the changing environment

How did IIT Delhi contribute to your rise as a successful industry leader? Could you talk about the learnings and experiences you acquired from IIT Delhi and how you apply them in your current role?
IIT Delhi has played a vital role and acted as a positive catalyst to better my understanding of entrepreneurship management and enabled in clearing my thought process, vision, mission, and decision making, which helped me understand the six functions of management the planning, organizing staffing, directing, controlling coordination and delegation. Before coming to IIT Delhi, I always believed that technology and networking were the two main pillars, which the Department of Manual Studies (DMS), IIT Delhi reemphasized. It gave me the path to not just grow in terms of salary or designation but also a purpose. I've become much wiser and more human which led me to propel society as a whole towards inclusive and exponential growth.

Could you talk about your leadership approach and what guidelines or methodologies you follow as a leader to lead your team?
On the professional front, climbing the ladder from a managerial position to a CEO position was challenging, and I've succeeded through genuine competition, diligence, and intelligence. The industry, office, and politics have been a part of every person's journey still there are two pillars that enforce success networking and technology. Being flexible and adaptive was learning that allowed me to respond to my competitors with better actions and patience. My leadership style reflects these qualities and I encourage my team to tackle challenges head-on while remaining
flexible.

How do you maintain the perfect balance between your personal and professional life? What is your success mantra?
Treading the path of attaining success, pride, honors, degrees, and certifications while being a candid, well read, well-traveled professional in the global era, I have faced challenges of time management between my personal and professional life. Almost 1,500 journeys, more than 3,000 flights in the last two decades, and reading almost more than a thousand novels have indeed made me a better and wiser professional but it was equally challenging emotionally because of missing out on precious moments with family. So, I am more present in my professional life and have been too occupied with it to strike the perfect worklife balance. I should try to create a better balance to ensure that both personal and professional feats are achieved within the timeframe.

Going forward, what are the changes in market behavior that you anticipate, and what are the opportunities you foresee?
In the IoT era due to the pandemic of COVID-19 and the crisis, a severe shortage of chipsets and electronic components has led to an exponential increase in the prices of the IoT components and their products, making the solutions less optimized and timely delivery ofthe products and solutions have been equally challenging. Opportunities would then be extended in the part of IoT where the combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics, e-commerce, or any loyalty industry that exists in the coming future.
