We are focusing on the rural sectors primarily and we are offering more discounts than any of our competitors. We are creating comprehensive healthcare packages for our patients at an affordable price. We are also conducting regular medical camps in rural sectors and these are free as well. In metro cities, we are also offering immense discounts, and this helps us to create a niche in the market.
We are constantly innovating, and this helps us to consistently improve the quality of our offerings. We have 200 employees working for us, and in rural areas, we use them to directly contact with the patients. We also use social media platforms and mobile app to reach to our customers and expand the scale of our operations.

Where are you positioned in the market?
We are actually in the initial phase of our operations, and currently, we are developing laboratories, medicine centers, and both online and offline healthcare infrastructure so that top-notch healthcare services are easily accessible for people who especially come from rural and semi-urban areas. Our company is also working with WHO.

How has been the growth of the company since its inception? Also, what are the future plans?
We want to help people and grow organically. We want to offer the best value for money offerings to the patients, and that is our top priority. We are coming-up with our laboratories and many will be launched with-in a year itself. We will offer discounts to our patients both in the online and offline mode and we want to bring a change in the rural healthcare segment.

Can you mention few milestones that bestowed you utmost satisfaction?
I wanted to work in the healthcare segment from a very young age onwards, and in the beginning of my professional career, I didn't get any opportunities to get into this industry. Then when I got into the industry in 2010, I was happy and in the last 10 years, I have got 11 promotions as well. Last year, I got my certification from WHO, which is also one moment which I am proud about.
