Adithya M P N
Founder and Tech CEO
SRM alumni who have participated in this vibrant ecosystem frequently attribute their achievements to the university's collaborative spirit, exposure to real world problems, and encouragement to think creatively outside of the classroom. Many students find their full potential in this dynamic and supportive atmosphere, and they frequently go on to start their successful businesses.
Adithya M P N, the Founder and Tech CEO of Memoneet, is one such inspirational example whose path exemplifies SLIMUNUS leadership. Driven by his love of programming, Adithya, a 2019 graduate of SRM University’s Electronics and Communication Engineering programme, transitioned from hardware circuits to scalable full-stack Ed-Tech Entrepreneur.
His natural talent for creativity and goal-oriented work soon brought him into the business world, where he co-founded Memoneet, a platform that is revolu -tionizing NEET exam preparation. He chose to forego the traditional interview process and instead proved his problem-solving ability by fixing critical bugs and security issues for a startup which led to his first job in Bangalore.
Memoneet’s sense of social responsibility was inspired by the tragic stories of students held back by financial struggles. Driven by a single purpose, Adithya is determined to ensure that no dream of becoming a doctor is ever denied because of money.
By offering affordable, gamified, and algorithm driven learning, Memoneet has helped over a million students and made quality education easier to access for those who need it the most. Adithya’s leadership reflects the care, creativity, and determination he developed at SRM.
With a strong goal to grow Memoneet to 10 million users and explore new learning methods through Web3, he continues to inspire others, shaped by the open and forward-thinking culture of his college.
In a close interview with us, Adithya shared his inspiring journey and his future endeavors.
What are the important lessons that you learnt at SRM University Chennai?
Learning how to network was the most significant thing I took away from college. I connected with folks who shared my ambition to achieve more. I was able to exchange ideas and learn about the actual world outside of the classroom through these contacts. I was able to think creatively and stay connected to the world outside of textbooks, largely because of my teachers and peers.
I also participated actively in extra -curricular activities, especially by working on tech-related projects like website design at symposiums. Through these experiences, I was able to gain important soft skills, including leadership, communication, and team management. I gained real-world experience and improved my interpersonal abilities by planning events and managing teams.
Which abilities have you developed both inside and outside of the classroom are useful in your current position?
I developed a solid theoretical basis throughout my time in college, as well as useful networking, leadership, and communication abilities. Outside of the classroom, my love of business propelled me to launch side projects like assisting classmates in constructing their senior projects with the use of IoT and Raspberry Pi. I worked on a number of creative projects, such as a smart attendance system with infrared sensors and an HRM security detection system with machine learning and OpenCV, both of which were recognized and valued by the faculty. Additionally, I built an electric go-kart from the ground up with MIT College, and we placed second in a national tournament. In addition to improving my technical abilities, these experiences exposed me to problem-solving, teamwork, and real-world project creation.
Describe how the faculty was approach-able during your stay at the university.
My entrepreneurial adventure was greatly inspired and motivated by one of my instructors, who was an electronics expert. His support gave me the confidence to go after my ideas. I was so moved that in 2022, I delivered a speech about entrepreneurship at my campus, which was highly received and even circulated by the professors. It was a moment of pride and inspiration that confirmed my work and enthusiasm for innovation.

What is the most memorable experience you had during your time at university?
One of my favorite memories from college was the actual daily travel, those back-and-forth train rides where I got to connect with friends, laugh, share stories, and build bonds that still matter today. The lab sessions were also special. I still remember my first time soldering, working with semi-conductors, and building circuits on bread boards. That hands-on learning experience really stayed with me.
Apart from academics, I loved attending symposiums at other colleges, going on random trips with friends and even the ups and downs of love life during college days. I also had my fair share of fun trouble, like getting punished for not being punctual. Looking back, every part of that journey shaped who I am today.
Describe your style of leadership. What rules or procedures do you adhere to as a leader?
I prefer to be a mentor rather than a boss, and I have a dynamic leadership style. To inspire and mentor each individual, I think it's important to establish a personal connection with them. This fosters a supportive and effective work atmosphere. People like working with me because of my expertise and direction, as well as the financial benefits. I make sure that everyone remains inspired and committed to reaching our shared objectives by promoting ownership and bringing the team into line with the mission and vision of the business.
Which destination are you aiming for in the future?
Right now, our startup has over one million users, and my next big goal is to reach ten million. Alongside Memoneet, I’ve also started other ventures, including a Food-Tech business called Onzzo, which I co-founded with Harihara Sudhan. Onzzo focuses on creating healthy, preservative-free drinks for daily wellness.
As health and education are two of the most important needs for humanity, I’m now starting my next venture in the health space, combining it with evolving Web3 technologies to create more meaningful impact.
I'm always working on growing my team, improving my products, and exploring new ideas. One of my biggest dreams is to be listed in the Top 10 of Forbes' Milli-onaires List one day. It’s a big journey, and I’m grateful to be building it with the right people by my side.
