What inspired you to establish BB Professionals and what drives you today?
When we first set out to launch BB Professionals, it was because we saw several voids in the technology arena, such as the inability of small and medium sized businesses to
afford more sophisticated services. Yet most technological service provider organizations were primarily catering to bigger businesses, leaving SMBs without an accessible conduit to acquire the services they need. Passionate about finding a solution to this situation and helping small and medium-sized businesses with appropriate technology solutions, BB Professionals was established.

You possess over three decades of experience. How has your path to success and what is your success mantra?
From a business perspective, I believe that if you take care of your consumers, they will take care of your company, and this is something that we have been working hard to uphold. This has been the constant approach, which is the reason we still have clients who are still with us for the last 30 years. We believe that our commitment to service and support, even beyond the sale of a product, sets us apart from the competition, and as a company, this is what we have made a priority.

How would you define BB Professionals as an organization and its current position in the market
BB Professionals mediates between the practical requirements of their clients and the multitude of technology solutions available in the market. Our goal is to provide our customers with the products and services that best meet their needs. For over 20 years, we have worked side by side with industry leaders like HP, Apple, and Microsoft, and we have never wavered in our dedication to our clients throughout their digital transition. In addition, our emphasis has remained exclusively on SMBs and Corporates.
Being a technological firm, we are also constantly challenged by the need to adapt to changing Industry landscape. Also, given the present context, we are making an effort to prioritize the Total Economic Impact (TEI). In the present hybrid work environment, risk mitigation, data security, scalability, flexibility, and employee productivity have become paramount, particularly after the pandemic of the previous two or three years. We highlight the above points to our customers to consider the importance of TEI and think beyond simple ROI and TCO for their organizations.

Tell us about your leadership approach. What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow to lead your team?
My approach as a leader is to prioritize the satisfaction of our customers by affirming the quality of the services and innovations we provide in the realm of technology. The adoption of technology within the organization is always my priority. Because of this, not only did we have an advantage during the pandemic, but we were also able to maintain full remote operations as an organization throughout the outbreak.

In light of your strong experience within the industry, what advice would you give to budding industry leaders?
As they forge their way to the top, aspiring business leaders and entrepreneurs should shine the spotlight on their progress while giving others a little more flexibility. In addition, a business owner needs to keep in mind that there is always more than one approach to explore and experiment with the market.
