Building a good culture helps in achieving all the goals

How would you define Tradesala as an organization and its current position in the market?
Tradesala is a budding Start-up company that was started by three people. We have built this organization slowly and steadily to make sure that the foundation layout is as sturdy as possible. As of now, we have divided our firm into multiple departments consisting of Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. Each team has its own leadership and team based businesses divide people into close knit teams that serve specific goals and functions. Our work culture is similar to other Startups but we have implemented MNC-level policies to safeguard our people within the company.

As a young startup, we created a user-friendly platform for both sellers and buyers where they can quickly exhibit and sell their products. When compared to other companies, Tradesala charges a very low commission rate on the transaction. Currently,we cover 15 distinct Industries, with over 800+ subcategories and we solely feature Indian products on our platform. Tradesala is now covering tier I and tier II areas and tire III will be approached within a few months.

Tell us about your flagship offerings and what value additions customers can expect from your services.
We have implemented a lot of tech stacks to make our platform unique and our main USP is that we are a full-stack platform for both B2B &
B2C businesses in all aspects. We’ve created an easy platform for sellers to reach customers. Whenever they add a product, it will be thoroughly vetted & cross-verified by our team, only then the products will be approved. The seller can ship their product through their own shipment or through our dynamic logistics module to make it easier for them to ship.

Buyers can also have easy access to buying their products, and we also provided an easy way of checkout and easy navigation to track the product shipment. In a couple of months, we will be done with our discounts and promotions module and from then on sellers can provide better pricing for their products based on their own will.

Tell us about the major factors you take into consideration while suggesting your services and solutions to the clients.
The major factors to be considered are the platform UI/UX, Quality of Information, e-commerce awareness, Data privacy, Competitive pricing, Product Quality, Shipping Time & cost, Online Reviews, Easy Return Policy, Loyalty Rewards, Easy Navigation, and Recommendations by Word of Mouth. Our customer care support will guide our customers and resolve their issues in the fastest way possible.

Going forward, what are the changes in market behaviour that you anticipate, and what are the opportunities that you foresee?
In this technological era, people started using the internet to a greater extent. Due to the explosion of e-commerce, technology has changed dramatically in the last few years. Whereas shopping in a store was once the preferred method of shopping, online shopping was already becoming a preferred method of shopping for consumers worldwide, and the trend has accelerated during the pandemic period.
