Let's begin with the inspiration that led to your decision to pursue an entre preneurial career in the field
of digital platform. What motivates you to bring your ideas to life today?
Empathy as a human value coming from my parents, has always inspired me on technology for positive impact to people. I had the best career as a CDO, CIO and leading innovation in some of the best companies. Both values and real world experiences, has enabled us to commit to our customers in predicting and preventing safety incidents and improving uptime efficiencies.As a team, we are inspired by ‘AI for Humanity’
My main motivation is ‘Innovation for all’ to improve quality of life and make a bigger impact on society.
Looking back over the last three decades, one thing that has kept me going has always been my curiosity about trying new ways of solving problems and always trying to look at a problem from the perspective of the customer. When we talk about customers, somewhere deep inside the customer organization, there is a compelling need for disruptive techno logies to fulfil changing business models, safety, preventive and prescriptive maintenance, operational efficiency and digital watchtower and other cognitive capabilities.
Furthermore, I've noticed that most businesses strive for efficiency and constant improvement. I could see that safety and efficiency were like two eyes of an organization's excellence because I spent most of my time in energy, manufacturing, and industrial verticals. No matter what role I played in my career, one thing that kept me going was the zeal to figure out how to use technology & innovation to solve the toughest problems in an industry. This has inspired the founding of IntersectIQ!
What were the biggest challenges you had to overcome at the beginning of your career? Did you expect to be in the position you are

I believe that everyone faces challenges, and for me, since I was always at the customer locations, the challenges were more about relocating from one place to the other in India and abroad, which was a significant transition in terms of family, and balancing work-life, among other things but it is part of life. And seeing myself where I am today, I had an idea that I would be doing something good in my life, but I never imagined starting a digital startup, but yes, that was pretty much what happened with a lot of research and dedication and the kind of team I have been able to put together, and I am grate ful for every thing I have accomplished thus far and hope to do even better from here onwards.
What have you learned from your professional experiences, and how do you use that knowledge as an entrepreneur across IntersectIQ's operations?
From the vast experience working in some of the best companies, I practically learned that customer focus, technology innovation and solving complex problems is what matters at the end of the day. This is the very reason why we built Shark AI, our signature Industrial SaaS platform making a huge impact on our customers on safety and operations.
Which milestones in your professional career have given you the most satisfaction ?
Changing lanes from corporate leadership role to a startup founder is a paradigm shift and truly a defining moment.
Secondly, when our Industrial SaaS Platform (Shark AI) was successfully deployed for the largest industrial companies in Asia and North America which were recognized and highlighted in various global forums.
