With over 33 years of experience in teaching and various leadership positions, I'm now the CEO of the KGI-EBET Group of Institutions. As CEO, I'm passionate about creating a culture of innovation and excellence in education, committed to staying at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies, and providing our students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their future careers.

My daily routine is fueled by a deep passion for education and a desire to see our students succeed. I'm motivated by improving the quality of education provided to our students, maintaining the reputation and recognition of our institution, ensuring our financial stability, and constantly learning and growing as a leader. Seeing our students succeed is a constant source of motivation for me and my team. I feel honored to lead such a dynamic and inspiring organization, and I'm motivated every day by the remarkable work we do in educating the next generation of leaders.

high quality technical education to its students, emphasizing innovation, research, and development. One effective strategy is to break the problem down into manageable steps and tackle them one at a time to avoid feeling over whelmed. Seeking support from others, whether it be friends, family, colleagues, or
professionals, can also be helpful. It is important to remember that no one has to face challenges alone and help is available if needed. Overcoming challenges can result in increased strength, capability, and confidence.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?
We plan to adapt to changing technologies in education and build strong relationships with stakeholders. We aim to create a culture of innovation, excellence, and impact that provides our students with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their future careers. We are excited about the possibilities and the potential for our institution to make a positive difference in the world.

As a leader, what would be your advice to the educationists who are starting new in this domain?
If you are new to this domain, my advice is Be patient and persistent in building a successful educational institution. Remain committed to your mission and goals. Concentrate on building robust relationships.

The success of your institution largely depends on the quality of your faculty and staff, so provide them with the resources, support, and training they require to perform their duties effectively. The field of education is constantly evolving, so keep up with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
