At Stanford University, I had the incredible opportunity to dive into the world of innovation and entrepreneurship through an online program. Beyond the academic lessons, I found myself immersed in a journey of self discovery and practical insights. The course not only equipped me with essential skills but also instilled in me a profound understanding of the essence of ideation and problem-solving. I learned that while generating ideas might be easy, creating impactful startups requires addressing real-world problems. This experience taught me the importance of empathy and customer-centric thinking in building successful ventures.
Stanford provided me with a platform to connect with like-minded individuals, fostering a supportive community where ideas flourished. Through this unique experience, I gained not just
knowledge but also the confidence to pursue my entrepreneurial dreams with purpose and passion.

SKIMOD stands as a pioneering force in the realm of power substation automation solutions in the eastern region of India. Established in 2019, our company is driven by a profound commitment to delivering exceptional technical services for SAS integration. Specializing in RTU, SCADA LDMS, and SAS integration, we bring a blend of expertise and innovation to the table.
Our mission is to cater to the unique needs of the power utility sector by providing reliable and efficient solutions. As the first of its kind in our region, SKIMOD has carved a niche for itself, setting the standard for excellence in the market.
Explain your leadership philosophy and approach. What principles or strategies do you employ as a leader?
As a leader, I believe in transformational leadership, striving to create a cohesive system where every team member feels empowered and inspired to exceed expectations. My approach is guided by several key principles. Firstly, I focus on fostering a clear and compelling vision, sharing values that resonate with my team. Through inspirational communi-cation and emotional intelligence, I strive to motivate and uplift others, encouraging autonomy and individual growth.
Building strong relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect is fundamental to my leadership style. I prioritize the development of team members, offering coaching, mentorship and ample opportunities for learning and skill enhancement. Ultimately, my goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued, motivated, and driven to contribute their best towards our shared vision.

Additionally, we keep a keen eye on global market trends and the evolving needs of our clients in India. By understanding market distribution and emerging technologies, we can anticipate future demands and tailor our solutions to meet them effectively.

My advice to budding industry leaders and entrepreneurs is to embrace the spirit of entrepreneurship by seeking out problems and challenges as opportunities for innovation. Rather than solely focusing on flashy ideas, I urge them to look closely at the myriad of problems people face everyday, from the consumer's perspective, organizational standpoint, or within various industries. By analyzing these challenges and striving to provide effective solutions, they can make a meaningful impact on society.
