I serve as the Vice Principal and Chief Superintendent of Examinations at the college. My educational journey began as a Post Graduate in Commerce from Osmania University, where my passion for management studies led me to complete my Master's in Management. I extended my academic pursuits and earned a PG diploma in mathematics. My enthusiasm for Quantitative Techniques, particularly in Business Statistics and Operations Research, gained recognition, leading to opportunities to author books for renowned publications like Himalaya Publications. I pursued Ph.D. from Rayalaseema University, focusing on Internet Banking and CRM in leading Private sector banks. Post-Ph.D., I focused on student-centric publications, co-authoring books aligned with university curricula. My research received national recognition, earning me accolades as a Prominent Academician in Statistics and Management and Education Excellence from ESN Publications, APJ Abdul Kalam Life Time Achievement Award from International Institute for Social and Economic Reforms and prestigious Global Academic Excellence Award 2021 during Global Edu-Conclave Organized by International Institute of organized Research (I2OR).

I promote leadership through extra curricular activities, encouraging students to lead projects and teams. Peer group learning builds confidence, preparing them for open platforms. Additionally, I emphasize research skills and critical thinking skills, vital for the corporate world. Lifelong learning is crucial, so I urge students to stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance their skills. My teaching approach emphasizes these aspects for a thriving learning experience.

To ensure placement programs guarantee future success for students, I focus on individual assessment and tailored support. Recognizing diverse student goals, I engage in one-on-one interactions, understanding their aspirations and preferences. I facilitate these interactions through an alumni network, fostering personal connections and feed back exchange. Additionally, guide partner with industries, offering internships from the second year based on thorough assessments. Extensive career counseling, mock interviews, and skill development programs are initiated. I do suggest for maintaining a comprehensive 'student resume bank,' which continuously update students'
