Could you give a brief account of your professional background and experiences? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
I have served in a wide variety of roles throughout my career in the construction & infrastructure industry, including my current role as the Regional Sales Director at Trimble., where I drive revenue growth and foster client relationships in India & SAARC region.

I started my career as a Civil Engineer dealing with site supervisions and onsite installations of civil work, post which, I transitioned into the IT industry and continued to pursue my passion for the construction sector with the latest in digital technology. In my previous stints, I have held positions such as Head of Architecture Engineering & Construction (India & SAARC), Head of Technical Sales, and Government Sales, at Autodesk, leading teams and driving business growth. My motivation is fuelled by a passion for technology, problem-solving, and delivering value to customers, and I strive to make a positive impact in the industry through my expertise and dedication.

How would you define Trimble as an organization and its current position in the market? What is the unique proposition that your organization offers to clients?

Tell us about your leadership approach. What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow as a leader?
My leadership approach can be summarized by four key guidelines. Firstly, I believe in maintaining a childlike curiosity and openness, constantly seeking new ideas and perspectives. Collaboration is also crucial, as I value the collective strength and diverse contributions of the team. Fear lessness is another aspect I emphasize, encouraging my team to take calculated risks and push beyond their comfort zones. Additionally, being empathetic is essential, as understanding and connecting with others fosters a positive and supportive work environment. Lastly, while empathy and collaboration are important, I also emphasize the importance of discipline and determination in achieving our goals. These principles guide my leadership style, ensuring a balanced approach focused on growth, collaboration, fearlessness, empathy, and disciplined action.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?
The future destination I am heading towards is to continue serving the needs and contributing to the growth of the infrastructure industry. With Trimble, I see a great opportunity to be a part of the journey towards the development of Indian infrastructure.
