How would you define Fluoroplast Engineers as an organization?
Fluoroplast Engineers is a prominent manufacturer of PTFE and its specialty products. We believe in working effectively and efficiently to deliver products that fully suit our customers' needs. Our cutting edge PTFE and Speciality Products are synonymous with many OEMs. We provide reverse engineering, application based design, and a one-of-a-kind tailor-made approach in PTFE and other key materials. We manufacture and distribute world PTFE products and compressor spares for major industrial sectors, and seek to maintain and expand our global export markets. We serve our customers with a broad range of high quality products supported by a strong stock holding, as well as the most responsive delivery, technical assistance, and after sales service. Over the years, we have carved a niche and established ourselves as the most preferred vendor in the market.

When I joined Fluoroplast Engineers 15 years ago, the biggest challenge and step that had to be made was transforming the traditional business approach into a corporate style while also focusing on geographical expansion. One of the great learning in all these years of experience was to train and retain the existing team to create a proper hierarchy and structured approach to work. We have prospered in the industry by success fully addressing the challenges and consistently nurturing our employees.
In the light of your strong experience, what advice would you give to the budding leaders in the same industry?
This is a growing industry and has vast opportunities for people who want to make it big as an industry expert all I wish to communicate is to believe in the long term game, Don't put all eggs in one basket, and Always continue learning new things.
