One of our most noteworthy achievements was securing the coveted All India Rank 1 in the highly demanding UPSC Civil Services examination of 2016, which stands as a significant milestone for us. Additionally, I take pride in being the first individual from Karnataka to establish a prominent branch in Delhi, thereby filling a void in representation for our state.
We firmly believe that our students are the bedrock of our organization, and thus, we prioritize their needs and aspirations above all else.
Instead of allocating substantial resources towards extensive marketing campaigns and advertisements, our strategy entails directing our focus and resources towards a student-centric approach. The exceptional results achieved by our students naturally become a testament to our efforts, leading to organic and positive word-of-mouth publicity. In fact, an overwhelming 99 percent of our subscribers join us based on the recommendations and commendations shared by our satisfied students.

Additionally, I dedicate time to daily reading of magazines, newspapers, and relevant publications, which keeps me informed about the latest developments and innovations in the education industry. Moreover, I actively participate in social media, particularly Twitter, which allows me to stay updated on ongoing trends, edtech advancements, and the performance of different competitive exams. I ensure that I am well-equipped to adapt our educational offerings and strategies to the ever-evolving landscape of the industry by a combination of these measures.
What is the future destination you are heading towards?
Our future destination encompasses two main aspects. Firstly, we strive to consolidate our position in the UPSC examination domain while diversifying into other significant exams like NEET and JEE, broadening our reach to support students across various academic pursuits. However, our ultimate ambition extends beyond individual exams. We aim to bring about impactful reforms in the Indian education system, considering the demands of the present and future.

Vinay, an alumnus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) in Chitradurga, completed his graduation in genetics before aspiring to become an IAS Officer. While serving as a Panchayat Development Officer in Mysore, he developed a strong desire to impart his accumulated knowledge. In pursuit of this passion, Vinay took the bold step of resigning from his position and founded an online initiative, Insights IAS where he provides aspiring IAS aspirants with precise guidance and support.
