Tell us about your professional background and experiences. What drives and motivates you in your daily routines?
I completed my Bachelor of Architecture and Planning from the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Jagannath University, Jaipur 2015. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work at Habitat Architects in Ludhiana under the guidance of Ar. Zafar Chaudhary and Ar. Ranjot Singh. This experience played a pivotal role in shaping my understanding of commercial architecture as I worked on diverse projects ranging from small residences to large-scale mixed-use buildings and bungalows.
The motivation that fuels my daily routines stems from my hometown of Bikaner. Growing up in a city that lacked opportunities, I desired to create an environment that could compete with larger cities. I wanted to contribute to the growth and development of my home town,
making it as conducive to progress as any metropolitan city in India.This aspiration led me to focus on developing my architectural practice, taking on residential and commercial projects. I constantly strive to enhance my professional skills, drawing inspiration from observing the work of others in the field.

Design Matters Architects is a dynamic firm that pushes the boundaries of the built environment by harnessing cutting-edge technology. Following the Israel methodology, we meticulously divide our documentation and listing process into four stages, minimizing risks and ensuring excellence. Among our notable achievements, I led the design and development of
commercial apartments for a renowned travel company in West Africa and created innovative office spaces for another esteemed travel group in Beirut, Lebanon. Overcoming the challenges associated with international projects, including coordinating with on ground consultants and adhering to strict timelines, necessitated efficient communication and the strategic use of advanced technological tools. Alongside our international endeavors, we take pride in completing various projects in Bikaner, such as the Bravia Hotel in Ajmer and a captivating hotel-cum-commercial center in West Africa. Our diverse portfolio show cases our versatility, encompassing over 400 projects in Bikaner spanning different typologies.
I am thrilled to be leading the design, development, and project management consultancy for a prestigious 500+ housing society initiated by a major corporation. We have implemented comprehensive in-house vocational training programs for our vendors and small-scale consultants to ensure exceptional outcomes and address challenges like consultant errors and quality control. These initiatives have played a pivotal role in our continued success by fostering better collaboration and enhancing overall project quality.

My leadership style is shaped by the mentors who have influenced me, emphasizing the importance of having a coach and a strategic mindset. I have trained over 150 individuals through seminars and webinars, sharing knowledge and empowering others.
