How would you define Onespace Interior as an organization and its

position in the market?
Bhumi: Onespace Interior, based in Surat, Gujarat, is a one-stop shop for customized interior solutions. For most home buyers, hiring a professional designer is simply a luxury that not everyone can afford. As an organization, we are looking to revolutionize the Indian interior home industry by making the process simple, smooth, and affordable for our customers. What makes us stand out of the crowd is our ability to deliver work with A-one quality within the promised time. We position ourselves as the most trusted and leading brand for home interiors in India.

What are the steps implemented to ensure customer life-cycle satisfaction throughout the execution of your projects?
Nikit: As a design firm, we provide an excellent standard of customer service to our clients. It starts from the time we choose to take on a project; our entire team is welcoming and open-minded towards each and every client to make a good first impression and ensure every experience with our company is professional and client-driven. We try to understand our clients and their expectations from a living space. Our designers work with them on finding the right balance between aesthetics and functionality, and ensuring that budget, time, and quality goals are met. Our systems and processes allow us to make super fast delivery. We work with multiple partners, who include contractors and service providers simultaneously, to create and deliver thoughtfully designed dream homes within the timeline.

Tell us about your leadership approach.
As leaders, we focus on developing relationships of trust and mutual respect with those around us. We lead a group of young and talented professionals and our aim here is to trust them with their skills and empower them to articulate the company’s vision and rally them toward success. As your team members come to realize that you believe in them, they begin to believe in you, and that can make a big difference. Our role as leaders goes beyond achieving goals, our role is to help our people achieve their

goals. If you care about people more than you care about goals, you will succeed at reaching them both.

What is the future roadmap you are headed towards?
Nikit: Our commitment is quality and timely delivery in every single project that we undertake. Clients trust us and we go the extra mile to maintain this trust and relationship.Driven by this confidence in our service, we are spreading our business across other states in India. Apart from Gujarat, we are looking forward to establishing ourselves in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. We have already established over four franchises of Onespace and aspire to build many more not only in India but also internationally.

What would be your advice to budding industry leaders going forward?
Bhumi: The million-dollar question that we all ask ourselves is, why are we here? And where do we see ourselves in life? We all are here with a specific purpose but what helps us move and direct our purpose is a vision. Having a vision is the most important aspect of the professional journey as it gives direction and a glimpse over our life to make our goals and purpose become a reality. The key is to find a niche, develop the skills that you need to accomplish realistic goals and establish timelines to reach them.
