Compass Minerals appoints Amy Tills as Chief Human Resources Officer

Compass Minerals, a worldwide supplier of essential minerals, has named Amy Tills as its chief human resources officer (CHRO). In her new position, she leads the company’s global human resources team and oversees its people strategy. Tills will prioritize cultivating an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports the company's goal of achieving operational excellence. 

Before her role at Compass Minerals, Tills gained experience in transforming organizational cultures and has over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership and labor relations across various industries and global operations. 

Most recently, she was the global vice president of human resources at Fluke Corporation. Before that, she held the role of vice president of human resources for Global Cooling at SPX Corporation. She also has experience in manufacturing with companies such as Honeywell, Amcor Ltd., and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. 

Tills earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also obtained a Master of Arts in human resources and industrial relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Compass Minerals operates 12 production and packaging facilities and employs more than 1,800 people across the US, Canada, and the UK.

The Hershey Company appoints Natalie Rothman as CHRO

The Hershey Company has revealed the appointment of Natalie Rothman as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Natalie oversees Hershey's global human resources division and will report to President and CEO Kirk Tanner.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Natalie possesses outstanding leadership credentials, having served as a two-time CHRO and board member for both public and private entities. She is known for creating high-performing teams and modernizing HR operating frameworks, particularly her expertise in managing hourly, frontline workforces across various sectors, including consumer goods, retail, food service, automotive, and beauty.

 Before her tenure at Hershey, Rothman served as the CHRO at Inspire Brands, where she modernized HR operations through the automation of business processes and the implementation of AI tools. Earlier, as CHRO at Advance Auto Parts, she spearheaded extensive business transformation initiatives to promote cultural change, nurture talent, and enhance organizational capabilities through technology-driven solutions.

Christy Pambianchi as Executive Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer of Caterpillar

Caterpillar Inc. has announced the appointment of  Christy Pambianchi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Christy will join Caterpillar’s Executive Office and will replace Cheryl H. Johnson, who announced her retirement in January.  

Christy has spent the last 18 years as a CHRO at various organizations across different sectors, most recently as Chief People Officer at Intel, a leading global semiconductor company generating over $53 billion in annual revenue.  

In her role as Chief People Officer at Intel, Christy managed Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Social Responsibility, and the company's Transformation Management Office.

 

She has held CHRO positions at Verizon and Corning, where she was responsible for information technology and all aspects of human resources. Additionally, she has taken on other positions of increasing responsibility at PepsiCo, Inc.  

Christy graduated with a bachelor's degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and is a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources, where she serves on the board, as well as on various Human Resources boards to promote the profession.

Uno Minda appoints Garima Garg as Group CHRO

Uno Minda, a prominent global producer of automotive components, has announced the appointment of Garima Garg as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Garg officially took on this position in September 2025, succeeding Rakesh Mehta, who resigned on August 27, 2025.

With more than 20 years of varied experience across different sectors, Garg is anticipated to play a vital role in enhancing Uno Minda’s cultural foundation, fostering talent, and leading organizational change as the company progresses on its growth path.

Her professional background encompasses energy, manufacturing, automotive, industrial goods, cement, BFSI, technology, consumer durables, and FMCG, where she has effectively scaled HR systems and processes to align with organisational expansion. An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), Garg also possesses a Graduate Certificate in HR from Cornell University, highlighting her academic rigor alongside her industry know-how.

Her previous leadership roles across various organisations showcase her capability to design and implement strategic HR initiatives, making her well-suited for Uno Minda’s evolving demands. With Garg leading HR, Uno Minda intends to strengthen its dedication to people-first leadership, innovation-driven growth, and future-ready workforce strategies.

Cariny Camacho Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer for Chromalloy

Chromalloy is excited to announce that Cariny Camacho has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).  

Cariny is an accomplished human resources expert with a wealth of experience in driving cultural transformation, implementing strategic human resources systems, managing organizational development, and collaborating with leadership on talent management and growth. She is known for her ability to cultivate high-performance teams and foster inclusive, dynamic workplace environments.  

In her latest position as Senior Director, HRBP Southeast Region at Quest Diagnostics, she closely collaborated with senior business leaders to align human resource strategies with organizational objectives. Her leadership greatly enhanced workforce productivity, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Notable accomplishments included implementing comprehensive employee engagement surveys to improve retention and productivity, spearheading organizational redesign, and creating talent management strategies to achieve long-term business goals, as well as guiding senior leaders through complex change initiatives while ensuring ethical and legal compliance.  

Before her time at Quest Diagnostics, she held significant roles at Kellstrom Defense Aerospace, Inc. and Ametek, where she directed human resource operations, workforce planning, and leadership development programs. She has experience in establishing university and community relations initiatives, was the architect of a high-potential leader development program, and has been heavily involved in workforce integration during acquisitions. Cariny, a graduate of York College, CUNY, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.
