Before her role at Compass Minerals, Tills gained experience in transforming organizational cultures and has over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership and labor relations across various industries and global operations.
Most recently, she was the global vice president of human resources at Fluke Corporation. Before that, she held the role of vice president of human resources for Global Cooling at SPX Corporation. She also has experience in manufacturing with companies such as Honeywell, Amcor Ltd., and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
Tills earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also obtained a Master of Arts in human resources and industrial relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Compass Minerals operates 12 production and packaging facilities and employs more than 1,800 people across the US, Canada, and the UK.
The Hershey Company appoints Natalie Rothman as CHRO
The Hershey Company has revealed the appointment of Natalie Rothman as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Natalie oversees Hershey's global human resources division and will report to President and CEO Kirk Tanner.
With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Natalie possesses outstanding leadership credentials, having served as a two-time CHRO and board member for both public and private entities. She is known for creating high-performing teams and modernizing HR operating frameworks, particularly her expertise in managing hourly, frontline workforces across various sectors, including consumer goods, retail, food service, automotive, and beauty.
Before her tenure at Hershey, Rothman served as the CHRO at Inspire Brands, where she modernized HR operations through the automation of business processes and the implementation of AI tools. Earlier, as CHRO at Advance Auto Parts, she spearheaded extensive business transformation initiatives to promote cultural change, nurture talent, and enhance organizational capabilities through technology-driven solutions.

Christy Pambianchi as Executive Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer of Caterpillar
Caterpillar Inc. has announced the appointment of Christy Pambianchi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Christy will join Caterpillar’s Executive Office and will replace Cheryl H. Johnson, who announced her retirement in January.
Christy has spent the last 18 years as a CHRO at various organizations across different sectors, most recently as Chief People Officer at Intel, a leading global semiconductor company generating over $53 billion in annual revenue.
In her role as Chief People Officer at Intel, Christy managed Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Social Responsibility, and the company's Transformation Management Office.
She has held CHRO positions at Verizon and Corning, where she was responsible for information technology and all aspects of human resources. Additionally, she has taken on other positions of increasing responsibility at PepsiCo, Inc.
Christy graduated with a bachelor's degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and is a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources, where she serves on the board, as well as on various Human Resources boards to promote the profession.
