Can you tell us more about your role at Zeva and how you have been able to strive for consistent improvement in the industry?
As a Founder and CEO of the organization, my dream is to strive for consistent improvement in the industry and my aim is to generate a revenue of 300 crores in the next couple of years for the company. Also, I want our company to increase our presence in both the B2B and B2C market segment. I always prioritize to never compromise on the quality of our offerings and that has helped us to build a positive reputation in the industry.
I also give importance to monitoring the finance of our operations and it is a unique balancing act that should be done correctly so that we are able to operate in an optimal manner. Apart from that, I look at the various risk factors and the new business opportunities out there in the market and plan accordingly so that we are able to expand our business operations.

A clear understanding of the capital market and how it works is crucial to have any chance of becoming successful in this domain


Can you tell us about the various challenges that you faced in the industry and how did you overcome these challenges?
The economic slowdown caused by the pandemic was a real challenge for us but through strategic planning and innovative business operations, we were able to overcome these challenges in the best possible manner. The strength of our team has also been a huge driving factor behind our growth and as of now, we have a 40-member team and each team member has their own responsibility that avoids unnecessary confusion which allows them to perform in an optimal manner. The quality of our operations has also allowed us to receive various awards as an elite wealth management firm.

How do you ensure that your company stays competitive in the industry?
I have had the blessing of having a successful professional career and this experience has helped me to be a better professional who is equipped with the right skill sets required to thrive in this realm. When I was working as an employee in the domain, I found out that there is a gap between the services offered by companies and the requirements of the investors and
that there are certain factors that were always holding these companies back. We strive to bridge this gap and offer customer-centric services to our clients.

Our platforms are all tech-driven and this allows us to offer best in class services to our clients. This also helps us to operate in a much more agile way and offer the best user experience to the investors. We also make sure that we incorporate the latest technologies that can offer us the best possible results into our operations so that we can always stay on top of our game.

What are the future plans of the company? Also, do you have any advice for upcoming entrepreneurs?
We are coming up with plans to continue improving the quality of our services and this has always been one area that we have emphasized on. We want to continue helping our clients during both the internal and external crises. This helps us to not just attract new investors but it also allows us to maintain our existing ones which are also crucial for our growth.

As far as my advice is concerned, a clear understanding of the capital market and how it works is crucial to have any chance of becoming successful in this domain. Upcoming entrepreneurs should also know what are the products in the industry and how they are helping the investors. Another important thing is to know how to manage the relationship with their clients and this will allow them to build strong connections with them which is a crucial facet to becoming successful in the industry.
