What has been your success mantra?
I strongly believe that when we develop a passion for learning, we never cease to grow. Throughout my journey, I have made learning a part of my personal and professional development in an effort to avoid
stagnation and reach my full potential. I indulge myself in reading about the growth strategies of successful entrepreneurs and keep adopting new technology while making sure it works for me and the people around me. I believe that change is the only constant and one of the most effective ways of dealing with change is to be a lifelong learner.
How would you define CS Aerotherm as an organization and its current position in the market?
CS Aerotherm found its way to the commercial bakery equipment domain in the year 1997 with a longterm technical collaboration with FN Aerotherm, Denmark to manufacture rotary rack and electrical deck ovens and the most advanced Diesel, Gas, Electric Rotary Rack ovens. Even after 26 years, the company’s product range not only meets the demand of domestic clients but also highly satisfies clientele in countries of the Indian sub-continent, Middle East, and Africa.
How do you keep yourself up-to-date with ongoing industry trends to steer your organization toward the future?
As some one who has been in this industry for over 15 years, I understand the importance of staying up to date with industry trends and technological advancements. This requires a commitment to continuous learning and development, as well as a willingness to be open to new ideas and approaches. I follow industry experts and influencers and read about the latest technological advancements to help my team to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. I encourage them to stay ahead of the curve by thinking out of the box and delivering solutions that have a great impact on the growth of the business. With a deep understanding of the latest developments, I believe, one can make more informed decisions

In the past 15 years in the organization, I have been overseeing people, processes, and technologies within the company's IT organization to ensure delivery outcomes that support the goals of the business. Going forward, I aspire to continue to initiate and sustain high quality standards that have been the main drivers in the manufacturing process of CS Aerotherm while bringing in the latest technology support to keep meeting international standards.
Apart from that, I have recently been positioned as the Managing Director of a technology-based business where I am leveraging my experience and knowledge to take it to greater heights.
In light of your strong experience within the industry, what advice would you give to the upcoming industry leaders?
The only way to achieve sustainable success is to keep up with technological innovation while ensuring its application to the prevailing business system. In today's digital competitive market, you can only take the principle of ‘I will never stop learning’ and apply its content to the next success plan. When you are up to date with the latest emerging changes in the digital world, you are likely to be more engaged with these changes than other competitors. So, to be at the top of the curve, you must continuously keep up with the concept of digital transformation and technological innovation.
