What inspired you to establish Tingg Creation? How does your vast experience help you out to chalk out business operations for the company?
The word `Tingg' colloquially refers to the sound that resonates from within when an idea strikes your mind! An idea to create responsible content is what led me to establish Tingg Creation. As a boy in his 20s, I started with a lot of energy, enthusiasm and positivity to make it big. and after 15 years in the industry gradually realizing the need for the right processes, the right people and most importantly the financial literacy to keep business on the right track even now I carry the same amount of energy and enthusiasm for my business.
Creative Kaizen! Creative ideas and strategies are built with a disciplined
approach along with an open mindset, and simultaneously by improving your thoughts and ideas. Adapted from a famous Japanese theory Kaizen (Change for better), our entire process is based on this theory. All the team members value the importance of learning, applying and unlearning to better oneself in creating various media assets.
What were the biggest challenges that you faced during the initial days of your entrepreneurial journey? How did you overcome them?
The biggest challenge for me in the initial days was to handle big projects with a relatively small team and balance the same team for smaller projects. I would use all my resources for all the projects and soon realized I was burning out everything within my ecosystem and facing bandwidth issues. As a solution to this, I started hiring more project managers to head every segment. After a round of quality checks from their end, the output would come to me for my final approval.
What are various services and solutions provided by Tingg Creation along with its flagship offerings? What was the most comprehensive marketing strategy you created and executed?
Tingg has always believed in taking an integrated(hybrid) approach, a combination of offline and online branding to be able to reach and cater to larger demography. With more than 15 years of experience in brand strategy, creating visual and digital media assets and digital marketing, we have simplified the process of content creation and distribution for our customers. Being one of the few agencies in Bangalore to successfully take a hybrid approach for achieving the highest customer visibility, we are currently focusing majorly on digital as the world has now realized the importance of digital infrastructure.

Compared to your competitors, what unique benefits can your clients expect from you? How do you update yourself with the latest technologies and trends in the Digital Marketing industry?
We have over 3,000 RPAs (Robotic Process Automation). The reason we rely on AI and ML is to generate insights and valuable data, but the interpretation of it comes from our minds. We strategize and use the best tools, but apply our knowledge and experience to provide the best solution. Exploring and updating ourselves every single day is what we do differently to stay relevant and help customers with most innovative solutions. Along with this, Tingg is launching an R&D Centre, which is more to do with learning and collaborating with the best in the industry.
