What were the challenges you encountered at the initial phase of your entrepreneurial journey? How did you over come them as a successful leader?
Financial challenges were massive during the commencement of my professional career. To sustain them, I had to take loans. Reaching out to the clients at the initial stage was another hurdle. Despite having
my share of doubts regarding the success of this venture at the beginning, the work slowly started to gain pace and is going on smoothly at present.
Starting my professional career as an employee to gradually become a manager of a firm, I acquired the necessary skill sets over time and soon decided to start some thing of my own. I approached my friends and they helped me a lot in this journey in every possible aspect. I owe my success to them, as they have contributed 100percent to my journey.
Tell us about your current roles and responsibilities. As the leader of the organization, how do you keep your employees motivated?
My current responsibilities include managing the team dealing with the clients, maintaining the standard and quality of our work and so on. Equipped with a prolific team which is trained with all the industry specific traits, I try to keep my employees aligned with the over all organizational objective by the proper distribution of work setting the necessary goals guiding them continuously, and motivating them to do better.
To address the target audience in the demanding market what strategies do you implement?
Generally, B2B Customers comprise 70 percent of our target audience, and the rest 30 percent are B2C customers. Since the priorities of each customer are unique, we adopt different strategies for each of them.
We generally provide services for industries like finance, marketing retail and manufacturing, automobile, utilities, wholesaler, agriculture, insurance, and so on. After doing the necessary research on the present market condition, we check the requirements of the clients and set our target accordingly. Conducting case studies thoroughly before starting our work, we try to understand our clients at a much pragmatic level

Since the current market research industry is heavily influenced by IT, AI, Machine learning, as per the ongoing industry trends and requirements of our clients we plan our strategies accordingly.

What were the challenges encountered by you during the covid, how did they affect your journey?
Our business had come to halt and we faced many challenges during covid. We even struggled to pay the salary of our employees, who have been working with us for a long time. By implementing appropriate strategies and cooperation of our employees, we have managed to regain our pace. Apart from covid our journey has been great so far and we are optimistic about our future endeavors.
What's your strategic plan for your current organization for the years to come ahead and how do you stay up to date with current innovations and trends?
Since the concept of paperwork is in the past, people are expecting to get every thing via their mobiles or laptops without moving an inch. So in market research, the industry growth will positively happen in the future. In this dynamic and rapidly evolving market, we keep ourselves updated with the recent industry trends by learning continuously through online platforms. Our future plans include introducing novel technologies such as API across our working methodologies and we are going to implement it soon. We intend to become one of the top 10 market research companies in India in the next five years.
