During an exclusive interview with CEO Insights, Vijay spoke about his entrepreneurial trajectory.
What inspired you to venture into entrepreneurship and what drives you today?
It's been a lifelong dream and desire of mine to create my own company and become a source of employment. In addition, I had a vision of having our own place in history and a great desire to develop
a powerful brand with core values and ethics.
How would you define Alekas Solutions as an organization and its position in the market? What is the unique proposition that your organization offers to its clients?
Alekas Solutions is an IT infrastructure solution company based in Hyderabad, India, with commercial activities in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kerala regions. We at Alekas endeavor to provide both highquality service and effective solutions, which is a difficult balance to master. With over two decades of experience, the company was founded in 2018 by specialists devoted to providing technological solutions to organizations of all sizes. We specialize in delivering solutions and services for IT Hardware infrastructure, software licensing, IT Security, Networking, the cloud, and software development.
For our customers to concentrate on their company operations, we are one of the rapidly expanding Value-Added Resellers (VAR) and Distributors (VAD) for revolutionary technological solutions. Alekas, as the name implies, is a group of ACEs dedicated to providing top notch customer service based on a holistic approach to problem-solving.

be the breeding ground for your company? How has the place favoured you so far in your operations?
In light of Hyderabad's prominence as a youthful state and one of India's fastest-growing IT hubs, we've chosen to begin and extend our operations in other Indian states. We now have offices in Chennai, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, respectively.
How do you maintain the perfect balance between your personal and professional life? What is your success mantra?
My success mantra is one vision for the family, to establish a significant firm with abundant family support. This allowed me to maintain a delicate symbiotic relationship between my personal and professional life.
Going forward, what are the changes in market behavior that you anticipate, and what are the opportunities that you foresee?
Because of Hybrid work environments, CXOs and Ciso (who were previously opposed to going to the cloud because of concerns about data security) have been migrating to the cloud (Post-Pandemic).

When it comes to his career, Vijay has worked for a number of notable firms such as Tata Teleservices,Vennela Technologies, Magnaquest Technologies and so on. India in different capacities, including sales and marketing. In 2018, Vijay established Alekas Solutions, a full-service IT infrastructure solution provider.
