I am pragmatically engaged in ensuring our website becomes the most important organic source/digital touch point when it comes to providing a minimalistic but superior customer experience as in the B2B industry. Promoting ethical SEO practices to make our website appear in the right audiences’ search results on Google’s first page with quality content and minimalistic design, I aim at improving the brand’s credibility and leadership with its winning customers’ reviews.

This helps the prospects to understand the similar challenges our customers went through before buying the right product/ solution mix from us to run their business easily in less time with efficiency. I am also encouraging alliances with the right industry leading media organizations for speaking opportunities, product and solution showcasing.

Apart from doing continuous market research to keep updated with market and technology trends, I believe in competitive insights and interacting with customers regularly to stay close to the market and understand their priorities


How are you keeping up with the evolving trends of the market?
Apart from doing continuous market research, I believe in nurturing competitive insights and interacting with customers regularly to stay close to the market and understand their priorities. I also prefer reading the industry and marketing trends for at least 15 minutes every day and some of my favorite publications are Gartner for Marketers, Think with Google, Forrester and Forbes, Entrepreneur.com, Bloomberg, HBR, CCL, Leadership Books by Brene Brown (The Gift of Imperfection, Rising Strong), Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg, The Atomic Habits by James Clear, Start with Why by Simon Sinek and many others.

What strategies are you implementing to help increase the company’s brand awareness regarding its products and solutions?
Some of the strategies that I have been applying to help increase the company’s brand awareness regarding its products and solutions are ensuring customer satisfaction, creating online customer communities and promoting unbiased customers’ reviews from reputed online review marketplace such as G2, Capterra; plus SEO+ Relevant Content Strategy, to appear in right search results while improving ranking on SERP, designing as per UI/UX trends to provide an aesthetic feel to our website, social media and other channels. I support sales across the customer journey with awareness and lead gen campaigns to conversion to improve brand and enable revenue generation.
At ToF(Top of the Funnel), I like to implement well thought brand awareness/ credibility building campaigns for any type of customer from startups, SMBs and enterprises. At MoF(Middle of the Funnel), I prefer incorporating account based marketing for enterprise clients with product/solution awareness challenges with their sound offerings go a long way for success, whereas, at BoF (Bottom of the Funnel) will typically involve how to product videos, online resources, blogs, knowledge base and related ads for various types of customers. Along with the above, a sound PR, affiliate and influencer strategy for continuous brand building is crucial for top-of-the-mind recall and long-term conversions along the way.

Where do you envision yourself to be in the next five years? What are the kinds of impacts you have imagined yourself achieving?
In the next five years, I envision myself to be an accomplished global collaborative C-suite or a senior marketing leader who is known for her performance, vision, innovation and customer centricity. In terms of impacts, I would like to be acknowledged in my customer network as a listener and problem solver. As a trusted and supportive colleague in my organization, I would like myself to be a hands-on leader leading by example and a trusted peer who will lend a supportive hand always going the extra mile. Working with sales and management hand in hand to fulfill the vision of the organization, I would like to extend my support to the organization in every possible way with innovative powerful omnichannel marketing campaigns with good marketing budgets.
