What strategies do you deploy for the betterment of employees at Ness?
Our employees are driven by the impact digital transformation can have on the world. We provide them the opportunity to work with technologies that excites and inspires them. We nurture their passion through a culture of innovation and empowerment that makes Ness a company people love to work for. This extends beyond the engineering teams, as we have set up channels that invite all employees to contribute their ideas regardless of title or specialty.

In turn, employees can see their vision become reality in the form of truly innovative final products and services that client’s value. Ness and the employees that power us are impacting the future of business in the digital economy.

Share your organization’s diversified efforts to support its people especially women with opportunities.
Ness believes that it is important to actively identify and elevate voices that have traditionally been left out of the technology industry. WIN (Women in Ness) is a forum where women employees can engage and interact with successful women. This is not something that works only on women's day; it is active throughout the year. The company sees a significant opportunity to expand its network with more diversity. For example, it is launching more programs that
encourage female participation, including an initiative to help mothers re-enter the workforce, which has been especially effective at Ness’ India offices.

Highlight the aspects that make Ness a brand of vibrant culture and diversity?
The diversity is not just limited to the gender aspect. One of the things that I am extremely proud of is how multicultural and diverse we are. We have employees across North America, Europe, and India.

What’re the mantra and value behind the work culture of your company and how does that aid in attracting talent?
From time to time, the priorities of the talent base have shifted. Employees today look not just at monetary benefits but the overall growth and flexibility that design their life.

From onsite to offsite, from learning to mentoring, today's employees want to take many steps at a time. The key factor differentiating Ness is a gender-neutral equal opportunity, values provided to
individuals, and the culture that enhances work-life balance with a very strategic approach such as flexible work timing and several innovative employee engagements & recreational activities. We truly welcome great ideas and contributions from everyone within the organization.

Ness is getting future-ready by creating an environment that allows employees to upskill as and when technology trends emerge. We are re-skilling employees for the future by providing them a plethora of training modules & courses that can keep them updated on the unfolding technologies. Every single day, we are honing expertise to present the employees with the best benefits and opportunities of all times.

How do you consolidate strategies of the HR function to direct and drive a positive work environment?
According to us, HR is not a standalone function. It is a philosophy and thought process. At Ness, we are driven by the philosophy ‘all the leaders are people leaders. We believe that everyone, each manager, each leader in the company is an HR leader - that is where our culture begins. Ness puts in a huge effort to ensure that the managers be it senior or junior, are adequately equipped with information such as competency and capability of an employee.

At the core of our business are empathy and genuine care & concern for employees.
As people leaders, we have imbibed a forward-looking attitude for the organization and the staff as well. Offering them opportunities to build their capabilities makes them understand the cutting-edge technologies and helps us build an out-of-the-box solution for our clients.
