Give us brief details about your educational and professional background. Also, how are you
leveraging the best of these elements across your company's operations?
In 1973, I earned a bachelor's degree in commerce from M.L.D. College of Bombay, and in 1975, I received a master's degree in management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management in Bombay. Since 1985, I have worked as an independent OD consultant with a variety of businesses and non-profit organizations as an advisor organization development consultant, coach and mentor, trainer, and visiting faculty. As a consultant, I serveas a guide and mentor to CEOs HR directors and leadership teams of large corporations.
My distinctive strength are the conceptual frame works and original models, which bring clarity and positivism into organizations to improve their effectiveness. I have assisted a wide range of corporate and non-profit organizations in the following four areas: diagnostic research, organizational work culture, team synergy, and leadership coaching and development, besides my very popular"inspirational talks & Presidential addresses".
I am also the co-founder and director of Talent Maximus India, an HR services business, in addition to providing consultancy and leadership development services to a variety of clients. My services are availed by a wide variety of organizations with a focus on "Transformational Leadership & positive work culture!"
What other roles have you under taken in your professional life besides that of a consultant?
As someone who is concerned with socio civic cultural issues and actively participates in topics about the common good of the people and a better tomorrow. I have shared the platforms with Anna Hazare, while working on the "India against corruption" movement.
I share motivational videos, in English & Tamil on websites like rajaah, naamoruvar and write blogs on"living life unlimited". Many educational institutions approach me to run leadership development seminars for their teachers and employees.Yes, as a popular character actor "Kitty" , I have had a lot of fun and I have appeared in films in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. Besides acting, I have written and directed plays, created

In your professional journey so far, which are the milestones that bestowed you with utmost satisfaction?
Work wise life continues to be a roller coaster with such a wide variety of assignments to add value and an awesome range of clients thru these 36 years of being a consultant. I am particularly sought after by startups and Indian family managed organizations to mentor their leadership skills. But to me the joy of learning & evolving is the big trip of life
In 1980, I completed my Professional Training in Applied Behavioral Sciences with ISISD as a group process facilitator and sensitivity trainer. This method is used extensively in most of my works. I am one of the earliest certified in coaching and mentoring through Coach University (Coach-U) the USA In 2000. Thomas Leonard, the "Big Daddy" of the Coaching movement in the United States, built this school. I am also certified with Dr. Richard Bandler, the originator of the Modern approach to NLP, on Neuro Linguistic Programming. I continue to invest in learning as much as I teach- be it corporate, public forums or B-schools!
My most popular & valuable service, to corporate & other institutions, are the motivational talks to a wide range of audiences on topics such as living positive and Self-awareness in Life's Journey. I deliver around 30 - 40 talks every year. The ideas, and the clarity these talks create are hugely impactful!
I continue to study Vedanta, the basis of ancient Indian and eastern philosophy, and I believe in the importance of Self knowledge for mental progress. Currently, I am working on a global initiative WAAOW- We Are All One World a mission to bring together humanists towards a collaborative & compassionate world!
Do you participate in any mentorship programs or give key note speeches in conferences & seminars to share your industry insights with your peers?
I continue to motivate students, business teams,public,social service organizations, and institutional audiences through special keynote addresses, seminars, and guest lecturers as a sought after and strong motivational speaker. I give workshops in both English and Tamil and speak at least one public forum every two weeks. I continue to work with leaders, managers and employees from a variety of enterprises Automobile, Pharmacy, IT, engineering,Financial sector, Hospitality, Education, and consumer goods businesses, as well as a slew of NGOs, educational institutions, and public forums such as the Confederation of Indian Industries, NIPM, Chambers of Commerce, and Young Entrepreneurs' Forums.
