As Firstgeneration and Passionate Entrepreneurs, please tell us how your rich experience is helping you mould business operation for WONDRx?
Pankaj Sindhu: The domain expertise brings about a huge natural advantage while dealing with ambiguous and dynamic environments. My co-founder friend Pankaj Agrawal and I have a collective experience of more than 40 +experience in healthcare. Hence, putting all the nuts and bolts together right from Ideation, prototyping, strategizing, commercializing, and scaling, we managed to carve this niche organization where fund raise comes as a natural advantage. My previous 02 successful exits from start-ups have been instrumental in garnishing more support to our current start up right from fundraise, visibility and receptibility in the market place.
Elaborate on your distinguished solutions and which among them do you consider as your flagship offering that distinguishes WONDRx from its competitors?
Pankaj Agrawal: Patients and Healthcare providers are at the center of whatever we do! We envisaged the predicaments of large Hospitals having a good number of OPDs, where the efforts made by the hospital on asking the Doctors to type the prescriptions has been in vain and there is no data visibility on the OPD business for the Hospital. This is just because the DNA of the Doctor is to hand write the Rx and it is very difficult to change the
behavior. Now that WONDRx SMART Rx Paper is in use, the Doctor continues to hand write the Rx and every single piece of Rx gets digitized giving an enormous amount of visibility.
Pankaj Sindhu: But the solution doesn’t stop here and it connects the Patient to the Provider like Pharmacy, Pathology and more, immediately after the Rx is written. The Patient has a Digital Rx with voice instructions of the Doctor wherein Doctor advises the dosage instructions and other required information. WONDRx integrates the healthcare ecosystem and integrates the Patient journey straight from the clinic to post clinic providers and back to home-based needs.
What strategies do you follow to overcome various challenges of customers and meet their requirements?
Pankaj Agrawal:What WONDRx has been doing is unique and beyond normal. Apart from simplifying technology for mass adoption, it is also integrating all healthcare stakeholders such as Doctors, Patients, Providers, Payers and more, on a single platform. WONDRx serves as an aggregator and exchange platform to facilitate the demand and supply between Consumers and Healthcare Providers. WONDRx brings in deep data insights from the handwritten Prescriptions & various other healthcare transactions happening through its platform.
Pankaj Sindhu: WONDRx is a win-win solution for all the stakeholders. Apart from enhancing Medication compliance at the patient end, WONDRx also helps in chronic disease management and augments convenience for Patients. Not only it assures secure & safe Medical record keeping but also supports the Healthcare providers to set up their Digital presence in few clicks without any financial spend on digital infrastructure building.
In recent times, demand for quality healthcare has increased among patients which indeed lead to the introduction of various national & international accreditation bodies. Are you affiliated with any of the accreditation bodies?
Pankaj Agrawal:Last 02 years have been extremely busy building a state-of-the-art WONDRx portfolio which is centered around integrated healthcare by digitizing handwritten RXs. Along the journey, we either were spotted or found for significant work that we are doing. Recently WONDRx is onboarded by ICHA (Indian Co-Federation of Healthcare Accreditation) as its official member to work alongside for promoting Telemedicine Practices at PAN India Level. As we speak there are state governments that are looking up at WONDRx to jointly facilitate digital health solutions through its innovative yet simple platform.
Who do you look up to for inspiration or mentorship? How do you continue to grow and develop as Co-Founders?
