Highlight upon your professional journey before the establishment of your firm Babies Bloom Store? What is your skill sets and strengths that you consider unique as an industry leader?
My career has taken me across a variety of industries, including media, education, and healthcare, allowing me to develop substantial experience in driving projects that result in increased product visibility, affecting both the top and bottom lines of different organizations. Product launch, event management, brand communication, and social media strategy are just a few of the tasks and areas in which I excel.

With extensive know how and hands-on experience managing key stakeholder relationships and scaling them up into sustainable ones, as well as an under standing of the nuances of current market trends, I was able to launch my brand Babies Bloom Store and make critical decisions necessary to run its operations.

‘Out of the box thinking, which has helped me see through difficult situations, was one of the main skills sets or qualities that I believe was unique to the industry where I stepped out. And has aided me in
establishing and sustaining long term relationships with stakeholders and key decision makers to strategically capture profitable business in a variety of industries both nationally and inter nationally.

Tell us about the Inception story of Babies Bloom Store. What drove you to entrench Babies Bloom Store?

Women's entrepreneurship is a thriving and increasing trend around the world the expansion of female owned businesses is beneficial to the economy. What's less obvious, though, is that the rise of female entrepreneurs benefits both society and women. Those who want to see the world's situation for women better have realized the incalculable importance of supporting and cultivating female entrepre neurship. Women who start and run their own enterprises reap incredible rewards in terms of self esteem and quality of life.

But,for me, being a woman in busi
ness is all about'Women Empowerment', and it allows me to achieve goals such as self fulfillment or supporting a great cause, which is just as essential as profit. The voyage has also taught me that women run businesses often provide a caring, cooperative work atmosphere that fosters individual growth and development, and I am incorporating this idea into my work.

What major precautions do you undertake to ensure that the products are good to use by babies since this is a sensitive industry?
Yes, it's a significant task because we're here to serve the most delicate industry, therefore our staff closely monitors safety standards, pursues product certification, and strengthens our supply chain to ensure that all of our products are safe and well liked.

What are the milestone achievements in your professional journey that bestow utmost satisfaction upon you both as a person and as a MD?
