Give a brief account of your professionalbackground and experience.
I have done Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Sir C R Reddy College of Engineering in Eluru. With a keen interest in RoboticsI landed a job as an automation engineer soon after graduating. Although I had no prior work experience before my postgraduation I faced several challenges while working. However, two things that helped me shape my career were my Master’s in Mechatronics, which taught me multi-tasking without limiting myself to any specific subject, and a great mentor at work who gave me the freedom to think and make decisions.As a fresher making big capital equipment decisions can be challenging, but my determination to delve deeper into technical aspects paved the way for my growth in the company, and I soon got promoted to a managerial position within three years.
Pursuing my passion was really exciting. Soon I was leading the composite tooling team (the heart of the company where any project starts) implementing some elements of Robotics and Automation. With almost a decade of experience in the Middle East, I decided to return to India and do some thing for my nation, which led to Triovision Composite Technologies’ inception.
Well, its my passion for technology that motivates me every day. Conclusively, I am always experimenting and thinking to invent
new things.
How would you define Triovision Composite Technologies as an organization and its current position in the market?
Triovision Composite Technologies is a leading Indian company that specializes in designing, tooling, prototyping and manufacturing composite products for various industries, including Railway, Automotive, Wind Marine, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Defence. Established in 2016 at Kopparthi Mega Industrial Park, Kadapa, Triovision aimed to cater to the growing needs of glass fiber reinforced composite materials in India. Recognizing the significance of a good tool builder, Triovision invested heavily in the latest and most advanced technology, including the installation of the biggest Robotic Milling system in India, ensuring accurate and efficient tool production. Starting with supplying tools PAN India, Triovision quickly diversified into various manufacturing segments, including Rail manufacturing operations, supplying various parts to international projects like the Montreal and Sydney metro. The company's wide range of products includes Railway Interiors, Front End, High Speed boats, Police Traffic booths, Nacelle Covers, Nose cones, Bus Front End, and Patrolling boats, among others. Triovision’s growth is based on four key pillars quality, delivery, safety, and strong customer support, making it a leading name in the composite manufacturing industry.
A vertical axis windmill, smart urban mobility electric vehicle, and modern traffic police kiosks installed across Bengaluru are the three innovative projects that significantly showcase Triovision's exceptional capabilities. Backed by its efficient R&D team focused on developing new and innovative products to meet the client’s evolving needs, today the company has become a leading player in the Indian market and is preparing for global growth, fuelled by its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

I strive to inspire and motivate my team to work towards a common vision. I believe it's crucial for team members to understand our expectations, so they can begin working towards achieving them. In many cases, i ve observed that management expectations are not always effectively communicated to the lower levels of the organization, however, i place great importance on encouraging open communication to make team members feel comfortable and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Effective leadership involves setting a clear vision and leading by example to foster a culture of trust, growth, and collaboration within the team.

Triovision is strategically and proactively advancing towards a global presence. To cater to our rapidly growing demands, we are expanding our existing facility three-fold with enhanced capacity. Our expansion plans are not only limited to India, but we have already initiated our operations in Europe and are poised to expand into the American market. Our unwavering focus on quality, exceptional technical capabilities, and open communication culture are the key enablers for our global roadmap. With a steady growth trajectory to date, we are well-prepared to achieve exponential growth in the coming years.
