    Human Resource department is something believed to be ruled by females. In 2011, Forbes cited HR Manager as the highest paying profession for women. The worldwide data says that this is true. According to Namely's HR report, 71 percent of HR professionals all over the world are females. Two-third of the females representing HR professionals where white, which is followed by Asian representation. But there were 65 percent of white HRs whereas there were only 12 percent to Asian HRs. Most of the top organizations have female HR heads, and a number of women in the HR department is much higher than their male counter parts.

    Efficient management and being organized is the fundamental skill required for the role of HR. Great interpersonal skills and intuitive skills are important for the role of HR. Time management is another factor imparable for the profession. Women are often appreciated for these soft skills which can be a reason that companies are confident in hiring women in HR roles. Again, there is no breaking of stereotype, the job is considered as a women suitable work by the society and following it. This is also perfectly visible while opting for higher studies. Most of the MBA graduates in HR are women. This women domination trend is visible in the Indian HR jobs also. But the number of females holding CHRO position is less in India. CHRO position is mostly held by females.
