What drew you to the position of Country Manager at pingpong?
pingpong's Indian branch was set up in 2019, and since then, the brand has seen tremendous development. If you look at the total business of'pingpong International', which began in 2015, the firm has grown at an annual pace of more than 100 percent so far. However, I joined pingpong in 2021, thinking it would be a way for me to establish the company's success story in India and share it with everyone across the globe. Initially, I worked as a sales director and then became the country manager for India and Korea, while managing Bangladesh, Sri Lanka operations as well.

Define pingpong as an organization and its current position in the industry?
pingpong is a payment service provider. In terms of Indian operations, the company's main offering is the repatriation of export cash into a customer's selected bank account. For me, the secret to success is focusing on the demands of our customers. In addition, since I joined pingpong India, I've endeavored to discover terms of localization. It means I work on, how to provide products and services that make sense for our Indian clients, which are likely not available in other locales but are ideal for our nation. Based on your strong professional experience, what advice would you give to the upcoming leaders in the same industry?
Find out what clients want, and then create viable products that meet their needs. Deliver the right solutions to consumers by offering products or services that address their issues, and then after mastering new products, hand them over to the sales team to sell. Secondly, if you can, try to have a system in place that allows you to interact with your consumers as often as possible, either in person or online, so that you can incorporate feedback and engage with your customers and learn more about their experience with your business. Also, aim to provide customized products and services; this can help you expand your business globally.
