Meenu is one such iconic leader of the IT Component industry who has worked vigorously against all barriers to meet her success.

Meenu has shown an exceptional growth trajectory in her professional career. She began her career as a Marketing and Product Manager for a gaming brand in 2010. She, with her extra ordinary overall skills, not only became the Regional Sales Manager for Cooler Master, but swiftly climbed up the ladder to become the globally leading computer components brand's Country Manager in the year 2019. She has become an idol for many by repeatedly proving her mantle in this sector. Her quick decision making capabilities and on the fly thinking set her apart from the rest.

What was your inspiration to kick start your journey in theIT components industry? Also, having a strong wealth of experience & know how, what drives you today?
Channel distribution and brand marketing has been my forte all along. After completion of my MBA, I had involved myself in different companies at manage rial designations. I have spent my initial years of professional career in marketing. Following which, a few years ago, I got the opportunity to work with Cooler Master Technology and was later designated as the country manager of the same for India. I believe in planning and
executing on my own accord: be it sales or channel management or driving marketing events, I am always up to the game My motivation to learn new techno logical strategies is something that drives me to work hard every day.

What did pandemic mean for you? How did you tackle the challenges that came along with it?
Like every other company in the market, Cooler Master Technology too faced unending challenges in this crucial time. But our distribution channel took it as an opportunity to take the business online. Many partners, apart from their conven tional businesses, started accepting orders and delivering products through their online websites. This was the key change and business driver during COVID times. It was a difficult phase to explore the new opportunity, but once we crossed it,
business took off!With everyone locked up, the pentup demand for IT products enabled businesses to leave worry behind and deliver.

What are the milestones that bestowed you with utmost satisfaction both in personal as well as your professional life?
We have been listed under the best brands for many competitive years which is some thing that gives me immense professional satisfaction. The recognition of Cooler Master amongst consumers and other channel partners drives us to do better and my personal satisfaction too comes from the recognition of the same.

Going forward, what are the behavioral changes that you anticipate in the market and what are the opportunities that you foresee?
The pandemic has changed the market behavior on a large scale but has also taught us how to improvise amidst the difficulties. To sustain in the ever evolving industry, the only way to be ahead of the game is to keep exploring newer ways to grow the business. Presently almost every business is trying to go online. And we are trying to excel in this segment digitally by investing in technology innovation and quality systems while providing total solutions and services to fulfill even the most stringent requirements to our customers.

What would be your advice to the upcoming IT entrepreneurs and brand managers?
My advice to the emerging leaders is to possess the ability to believe in their own goals. They must reframe the problems into ‘challenges' and work hard to cross those barriers.
