    A Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for all revenue generation processes in an organization. He is in charge of integrating and aligning all revenue related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing and revenue management. A CRO also helps to drive revenue for the organization, especially during tough economic times. A CRO aligns and unifies different individual department for generating revenue and ensures that all revenue streams across the company are optimized for the growth. A CRO reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
