Over the years, the Indian School of Business (ISB) has long established itself at the forefront of management education. The credit goes toits progressive and inclusive approach imbued with innovation and research. The 2025 Financial Times Executive Education Custom Ranking, in which ISB stands tall as Asia’s top institute and 23rd globally is a great leap in this regard, marking clear progress from last year. This recognition reflects ISB’s strong educational approach, effective program design, and remarkable alumni loyalty, seen in its 2nd-place global ranking for ‘Future Use’.
One of the most crucial aspects of ISB’s growth in rank is its focus on innovation and real-world impact. For example, ISB partnered with DLabs and CitiusTech last year to launch the third cohort of the ‘I-HEAL @ ISB 3.0’ healthcare accelerator, an initiative designed to bolster digital transformation in India’s healthcare sector. By empowering both startups and healthcare professionals, ISB adopts a practical learning approach rooted in entrepreneurial spirit.

ISB further embraces inclusivity through its new Post Graduate Program in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL), which has welcomed its inaugural batch of 130 students. Strikingly, 50 percent of the cohort is women, highlighting ISB’s commitment to gender diversity. With students drawn from a wide range of academic backgrounds and with minimal work experience, the program aims to nurture potential from an early career stage. This special yearly issue of CEO Insights is an endeavor to shed light on the stories of some of the prestigious alumni of ISB. We welcome your thoughts.
