What, in your view, represents the greatest opportunity and the most significant risk in today’s market landscape? How are you steering your organization to both mitigate these challenges and harness the full potential of these opportunities?
The greatest opportunity today lies in leveraging Generative AI and modern data architectures to build intelligent, self-learning enterprises. At Raymond, this vision is realized through the 'One Raymond Data Lake,' which unifies customer, product, and supply chain intelligence to drive synergies across Lifestyle, Realty, and Engineering. The key risk remains data fragmentation and ethical misuse. To counter this, Raymond enforces strong governance, role-based access, DPDP Act compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks ensuring transparency, audit ability, and account ability.
What key initiatives are you leading that go beyond technology modernization to fundamentally reimagine how enterprises harness AI and data to build sustainable, future-ready businesses?
My focus lies in driving transformative initiatives that build a resilient, AI-powered enterprise backbone at Raymond. Under my leadership, we achieved one of India’s fastest SAP S/4HANA RISE implementations across the Engineering division, establishing a cloudnative and real-time operational foundation.
The 'One Raymond Synapse Data Lake' further strengthens this by unifying data from Lifestyle, Realty, and Engineering businesses, providing 360-degree visibility and analytics-driven decision-making. I am also leading Generative AI and Customer Experience programs such as InstaHeart for personalized recommen -dations, RIA, an AI voice bot for customer engagement, and an AI-powered Raymond Rewards system designed to enhance loyalty. Through Tableau Pulse AI dashboards we have made data democrati -zation a reality, empowering business users with self-service insights.
Our AI-driven retail ecosystem integrates GPT 4.0-based voice AI, Vision AI analytics, and recommendation engines that simulate natural conversations and optimize customer journeys. The AI Pulse platform provides real-time, mobile first analytics on
